This is a factual description, not a finished legal document. It states exactly what the software does with your data, written from the code. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and it does not yet address every obligation that may apply — in particular India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and, for visitors in Europe, the GDPR. Have it reviewed before you rely on it.
What we collect
- Your account
- An email address and a password. The password is stored only as a salted hash — we cannot read it, and neither can anyone who obtains the database.
- Birth details
- The date, clock time and place of birth for each profile you create, along with the coordinates and timezone we resolve them to. This is sensitive information about a real person. If you add a profile for someone else, you are telling us their birth details, and you should have their agreement before you do.
- The computed chart
- Derived entirely from the birth details above and stored so we never have to recompute it. It contains no information you did not give us.
- Calibration answers
- If you calibrate a chart, we store which life events you say happened in which past periods — health, money, relationships, work. These are statements about your actual life and are treated as sensitive.
- Your questions and the replies
- Chat messages are stored so the conversation persists. See “Who else sees it” below, because these do leave our servers.
- Billing records
- An append-only ledger of credits in and out, with the token counts and model used for each reply. No card or bank details — payments are not connected yet, so we hold no payment instrument at all.
Who else sees it
Your questions and a digest of your chart are sent to OpenRouter, which routes them to the language model that answers. The digest includes your planetary positions, houses, dasha periods and yogas; it does not include your name, email or exact birthplace. OpenRouter and the model provider behind it are outside our control and have their own terms and their own jurisdictions. If that is not acceptable to you, do not use the chat — the chart, the transit view, the day forecast and the PDF reports are all computed on our own servers and involve no third party at all.
Your birthplace is never sent anywhere. Place lookup runs against a geographical dataset stored on our own server, so no mapping or geocoding service ever learns where or when you were born.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and there is no analytics or tracking script on this site. The only cookies set are the ones that keep you logged in and protect forms against cross-site submission.
Keeping it and deleting it
We keep your data while your account exists. Deleting a profile removes its birth details, computed chart and calibration answers.
There is no self-serve account deletion yet. Saying otherwise would be a promise the software does not currently keep. Email us and we will delete your account and everything attached to it. Building the self-serve path is outstanding work, and a data protection regime that grants a right to erasure will expect it.
